What is the minimum order?
Three pieces. Order a few to test, or up to 1,000 at a lower price per piece.
How fast will I get my order?
Production takes 1–3 business days after you approve the proof. Shipping transit is additional. If you have a deadline, send your required delivery date and ZIP code before placing your order.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and $8 below that. Express shipping is $15.
I don't have a design. Can I still order?
Yes. Choose “Design it for me” on the product page ($29), describe your brand, and we create the design and send you a proof.
What files can I send?
Send a PDF, AI, SVG, PNG or JPG of your logo or artwork. We check every file before printing.
Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. We email a digital proof and print only after you approve it. One revision round is included.
Can I get a size that is not listed?
Yes. Enter your dimensions on the product page and the price updates automatically. For very large sizes, contact us for a quote.
Which finishes do you offer?
Choose from the finishes available on the product page. If you need a particular material, finish or delivery deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitability.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If the mistake is ours, such as a wrong print, size or finish, we reprint the order free of charge. Just email us a photo.
