Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on packgroove.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Custom orders and proofs

All products are made to order. After you order, we email a proof of your packaging. Please review it carefully, including spelling, colours, sizes and placement. Your approval of the proof is your confirmation that the design is correct, and we print exactly what was approved.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, images and text you send us. We may decline to print content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Colours and sizes

Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on a screen. Finished box dimensions can vary by a small amount due to cutting and folding.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you order. Payment is taken at checkout. Sales tax is added where required.

Returns

Custom products are final sale. See our Refund Policy for what we do if a mistake is ours or an order arrives damaged.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
